WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Assist customers with hotel bookings, room reservations, changes, and cancellations
- Handle accommodation inquiries through phone, chat, or email
- Provide accurate information on room rates, hotel policies, amenities, and availability
- Process reservations accurately and efficiently
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
- Document customer interactions, requests, and resolutions
- Escalate complex reservation concerns when necessary
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Graduate or above
- With or without BPO/customer service experience
- Good English communication skills
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
- Interest in hospitality or travel is an advantage
- Willing to work onsite in Davao City
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays Fresh graduates and first-time job seekers are welcome to apply.
