Location:
Mandurriao, Iloilo Employment Type: Full-Time ## Job Summary The Sales Clerk is responsible for ensuring the accurate processing of sales transactions, inventory documentation, and SAP entries for daily dressing plant operations. The role supports the Sales and Accounting teams by maintaining accurate records, preparing operational reports, and ensuring timely documentation of product releases and live chicken purchases. ## Qualifications
• Graduate of Business Administration, Accountancy, Management Accounting, Financial Management, Marketing, or any related course
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications, experience in SAP is an advantage
• Detail oriented with strong numerical and organizational skills
• Good communication and coordination skills ## Responsibilities
• Generate and process SAP withdrawal slips for all dressed chicken releases, ensuring accurate recording of quantities and zero discrepancies
• Process Goods Receipt (GR) transactions in SAP for live chicken purchases based on approved tally sheets and company procedures
• Prepare and submit daily sales and release reports, ensuring proper reconciliation of booked orders, released quantities, and supporting documents
• Maintain organized filing and monitoring of booking, release, and sales records for reconciliation and audit purposes
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Production, and Accounting to ensure smooth transaction processing
• Verify the completeness and accuracy of sales documents before processing
• Monitor sales documentation and report discrepancies for immediate resolution
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and standard operating procedures
