About the role
Join White Key Marketing as we expand our team in Davao City. We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can take full ownership of client accounts, lead content planning and execution, and deliver consistent, high-quality results.
Key responsibilities
- Take full ownership of assigned client accounts, managing multiple accounts simultaneously with consistent quality
- Plan, create, and maintain content calendars across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn — ensuring content stays on-brand and on-schedule
- Create and edit organic reels/short-form videos for clients on a regular basis
- Keep client platforms (e.g. HeyOrca) fully updated and organized at all times
- Stay on top of social media trends and bring fresh, relevant ideas to each client's content strategy
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients — responding promptly, professionally, and proactively
- Prepare and present monthly analytics reports with clear insights and recommendations
- Proofread and quality-check all content before publishing to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Communicate effectively with internal teams (editors, coordinators, managers) to keep projects moving
- Follow through on all contract deliverables and flag issues or blockers early About you
- Proven experience managing multiple client social media accounts simultaneously (comfortable handling a full caseload of 8-10+ accounts at a time)
- Hands-on social media management across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn — content calendars, scheduling, and publishing
- Strong content creation

graphics, captions, and hands-on experience editing organic reels/short-form videos
- Fast, responsive communicator — able to respond to client messages promptly and keep updates clear and professional
- Comfortable reading and presenting analytics data, with clear, actionable recommendations
- Strong grasp of social media trends — proactively researches trending formats, sounds, hashtags, and conversations relevant to each client's market
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail — minimal errors, minimal revisions
- Deadline-driven and reliable under pressure, especially with recurring weekly/monthly deliverables
- Experience with tools like HeyOrca, Notion, or similar platforms is a plus
