Remote Hours Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours per week) Time Zone: Aligned with North American business hours (Central Time Zone) About Company and Role Based in Dallas, Texas, the company is an established, premier commercial stone fabrication company with over two decades of experience delivering high-end custom surfaces. We partner with elite brands and major commercial projects across the United States—fabricating and installing premium tile, granite, and solid surfaces. Our client is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer & CAD Designer to take ownership of the digital production process for a fast-paced manufacturing operation serving commercial projects across the U.
S. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in CNC programming, CAD/CAM, AlphaCAM, and manufacturing environments who enjoy solving technical challenges, optimizing production, and working independently in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Program CNC machines using AlphaCAM .
- Process 3D laser scans and create production-ready files.
- Develop CAD layouts and optimize nesting to maximize material utilization.
- Prepare fabrication files and machining instructions for production.
- Review technical drawings and CNC programs to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and production teams to resolve technical issues. Success in this Role: Deliver accurate, production-ready CNC programs while maximizing efficiency, minimizing material waste, and supporting a smooth manufacturing workflow. Requirements
- 3+ years of CNC programming and CAD/CAM experience.
- Experience with AlphaCAM .
- Experience creating technical drawings and CNC toolpaths.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and material optimization.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and production specifications.
- Professional English communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Nice to Have
- Experience in stone, granite, quartz, countertop, cabinetry, millwork, or similar manufacturing industries.
- Experience with Horus, D2 scanners, or laser templating technologies.
- ERP or production management software experience.
- Experience supporting U.
