ANGELES CITY MOTHER & CHILD HOSPITAL, INC. Core Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Directs daily washing, decontamination, assembly, packaging, and autoclaving of surgical instruments.
- Quality Assurance: Validates physical, chemical, and biological indicators to guarantee zero-defect device sterility.
- Infection Control: Enforces Department of Health (DOH) and hospital infection prevention standards to eliminate cross-contamination.
- Inventory Control: Oversees stock levels, equipment distribution logs, and purchase requisitions for hospital wards and operating rooms.
- Personnel Supervision: Conducts staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluations for CSSD technicians and clerks. Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree of any 4 year course
- Licensed Nurse (RN) or graduate of a relevant medical/paramedical course.
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in hospital central supply or operating room settings, with leadership training. Pay: Php15,000.00
- Php16,000.00 per month Work
