Area Sales Supervisor

Job Title: Area Sales Supervisor – Concessions (SM Department Store Account) Brands: BUM Equipment / BUM G / BUM Black Army Department: Retail Operations / Sales & Merchandising Reports To: Area Sales Manager / Operations Manager Job Summary The Area Sales Supervisor (Concessions) is responsible for managing sales performance, inventory, visual merchandising, and concession personnel across assigned BUM concession counters/corners in SM Department Stores. This position serves as the primary liaison between company management and SM Department Store management to maximize brand visibility, sales targets, and operational compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales Target & Account Management
- Drive counter sales performance across assigned SM Department Store branches to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for BUM G and BUM Black Army brands.
- Monitor key sales metrics (Units Per Transaction, Average Transaction Value, Sales Conversion) per SM branch.
- Coordinate promotional activities, clearance sales, and seasonal campaign executions in coordination with SM Department Store branch management.
- Concession Operations & SM Compliance
- Oversee daily operations of concession counters and ensure full adherence to both company standards and SM Department Store floor policies and regulations.
- Conduct regular branch audits and field visits across assigned SM Department Store locations.
- Handle concession-related operational requirements, including counter permits, promo approvals, and vendor guidelines.
- Inventory & Stock Management
- Oversee stock allocation, replenishment, transfers, and inventory levels per counter to ensure high-demand apparel lines (BUM G and BUM Black Army) are well-stocked.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and stock audits across assigned counters to prevent shrinkage, variances, and damages.
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely deliveries and manage pull-outs or inter-branch transfers.
- Visual Merchandising & Counter Maintenance
- Ensure concession counters, wall displays, mannequins, and clothing racks conform to brand visual merchandising guidelines for BUM G and BUM Black Army.
- Maintain clean, organized, and attractive brand corners that reflect the brand's aesthetic.
- People & Counter Staff Management
- Supervise, coach, and deploy Promodisers, Sales Specialists, and Counter Personnel assigned to SM Department Stores.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, punctual attendance, and service quality on the sales floor.
- Train staff on brand storytelling, product specs, upselling, and customer engagement strategies. Qualifications & Requirements

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.

Experience:
2–4 years of experience in retail sales supervision or account management, specifically in concession or consignment operations (experience handling SM Department Store accounts is highly preferred).

Skills:

- Strong understanding of fashion apparel retail and concession store operations.
- Proven ability to build relationships with store managers and department heads in retail chains.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management capabilities.
- Analytical skills for monitoring sales reports, inventory levels, and stock turn rates.

Conditions:
Willingness to travel daily across assigned SM Department Store branches within the designated territory. Ability to work retail hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak promotional events. Pay: Php25,000.00
