About the role
YWA Human Resource Corporation is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our growing team. This is a full-time position based in Angeles City, Pampanga, offering an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic customer service environment. This role is critical to our company's success, as your interactions directly impact customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. Key responsibilities

- Handle incoming customer enquiries via telephone, email, or chat with professionalism and courtesy
- Provide accurate information about products and services to address customer needs and concerns
- Process customer transactions, including orders, returns, and billing inquiries
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner, escalating complex matters when necessary
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using company systems
- Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards in all customer interactions
- Achieve or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction targets
- Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery
- Provide feedback and suggestions for service improvement based on customer interactions
- Stay informed about products, services, and company updates through training and briefings What we're looking for
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and listen actively to customer concerns
- Proven customer service experience, ideally in a call centre or similar fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think quickly under pressure
- High level of patience and empathy when dealing with customers
- Proficiency with computer systems and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording information
- Reliable and punctual with a commitment to meeting agreed schedules
- Ability to work as part of a team whilst also working independently
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification as a minimum
