About the role
We are looking for an AI Software Developer with strong software development experience and hands-on expertise using AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code and OpenAI Codex. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, reviewing, and maintaining enterprise applications while leveraging AI tools to improve development efficiency, code quality, and delivery speed.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and enhance application features using AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code and OpenAI Codex
- Create and maintain prompts, repository context files, rules documentation, and task breakdowns to support AI-assisted development
- Review, validate, optimize, and refactor AI-generated code to ensure quality, security, performance, and maintainability
- Manage source code repositories, version control, and project documentation
- Perform unit testing, including AI-assisted test generation, and support SIT and UAT activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, supporting deployment and rollback processes as needed
- Participate in system design discussions and ensure compliance with enterprise AI governance and security standards
- Provide on-call support when required About you
- Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools in actual development projects
- Strong proficiency in C#, .
NET Core MVC, Web Development, and Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience with Visual Studio, VS Code, Git, and Azure DevOps or similar tools
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, automated testing, and code review practices
- Ability to review and validate AI-generated code while maintaining accountability for code quality and security
- Knowledge of responsible AI usage, data privacy, source code confidentiality, and enterprise AI governance
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills
