About Rosehill College Rosehill College (RTO 41257 | CRICOS 03622A) is an Australian registered training organisation based in Sydney. We deliver nationally recognised vocational education and training to domestic and international students. The Opportunity We are seeking up to two experienced BSB Trainers and Assessors based in the Philippines to work remotely on a contractor basis. Applicants may apply for one or both course streams and do not need to be qualified across all four programs. Course Streams Stream 1
• BSB50120 Diploma of Business (DB)
• BSB60520 Advanced Diploma of Marketing and Communication (ADMC) Stream 2
• BSB60420 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management (ADLM)
• BSB60720 Advanced Diploma of Program Management (ADPM)

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging live online classes, tutorials and learner-support sessions
• Prepare for scheduled delivery and follow Rosehill College training and assessment strategies
• Assess learner competency in accordance with the relevant training package and RTO requirements
• Mark assessments, provide clear feedback and manage resubmissions within agreed timeframes
• Maintain complete and accurate training and assessment records
• Attend online academic meetings and participate in moderation and validation activities
• Communicate professionally with students and the Australian-based academic and compliance teams Essential Requirements
• TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or an accepted equivalent
• Relevant BSB qualification at or above the level being delivered and assessed
• Current vocational competency and recent relevant industry experience
• Sound knowledge of competency-based training and assessment
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills
• Reliable high-speed internet, a suitable home-office environment and confidence using video-conferencing and online learning systems
• Ability to work scheduled hours aligned with Australian Eastern Time
• Reliable, professional and responsive approach to remote work Highly Regarded
• Previous delivery and assessment experience with an Australian RTO or CRICOS provider
• Experience delivering one or more of BSB50120, BSB60520, BSB60420 or BSB60720
• Familiarity with aXcelerate or a similar student management system
• Experience supporting international students in an online learning environment Contract Details
• Philippines-based remote contractor role
• Contractor rate: PHP 450 per hour (approximately AUD 10 per hour)
• Hours are scheduled according to the teaching timetable and assessment workload
• Up to two contractors may be appointed across the two course streams
