Key Responsibilities
● Understand client business requirements and translate them into functional solutions. ● Analyze and map retail business processes across store operations, inventory, merchandising, supply chain and e-commerce. ● Work on implementation and delivery of ETP's retail technology solutions. ● Support end-to-end implementation activities including: Requirement gathering, Business process mapping, Functional configuration, Data migration and validation, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), User training, Go-Live and post-Go-Live support ● Work closely with technical teams on system architecture, integrations, APIs, data flows and middleware. ● Identify project risks, dependencies and issues and work proactively towards resolution. ● Prepare project documentation, status reports, functional specifications and implementation-related reports. ● Support retail system integrations involving POS, ERP, OMS, WMS, e-commerce and other enterprise platforms. ● Lead client discussions, presentations, workshops and requirement-gathering sessions. ● Support production deployments, cutovers and other critical implementation activities when required.
