Key Responsibilities
- Lead and achieve sales and business development targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, contractors, and business partners.
- Oversee audit and preventive maintenance projects from proposal to completion and turnover.
- Establish and maintain effective systems, recruitment processes, and operational procedures.
- Monitor project cost, schedule, quality, safety, and profitability.
- Lead, train, and evaluate Audit and Preventive Maintenance employees.
- Review quotations, project costing, proposals, and commercial terms.
- Monitor division revenue, expenses, collections, and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and industry standards.
- Prepare and submit regular sales, operational, and performance reports to Management.
- Innovate solutions relevant to market demands
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Preferably a Licensed Electrical Engineer or Mechanical Engineer
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, with management experience.
- Experience in audit, preventive maintenance, construction, or project management.
