- Oversee the overall operations of the cafe during the assigned shift and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Ensure all gaming stations are functional, secure, and ready for customer use.
- Manage the opening daily operations, and closing procedures of the branch, depending on the assigned shift.
- Monitor cash counts, cash drawers, vaults, and cash storage areas.
- Ensure timely and accurate bank deposits and cash transfers.
- Supervise, monitor, and support all staff on duty to ensure productivity, professionalism, and operational efficiency.
- Assign work responsibilities, and monitor staff attendance, punctuality performance, and conduct.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor the condition, functionality, and availability of all PCs, consoles, peripheral, network systems, and other equipment within the cafe.
- Coordinate with technical personnel regarding hardware, software, network, and system-related issues to minimize operational downtime.
- Ensure proper implementation of cafe rules, safety guidelines, and customer conduct policies.
- Review and verify daily sales reports, cash counts, and operational records during the shift.
- Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, merchandise, office supplies, and operational materials, and coordinate replenishment when necessary.
- Oversee reservations and other events conducted during the assigned shift. Pay: Php18,000.00
- Php25,000.00 per month
