Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Unit Manager to lead, develop, and manage a team of insurance professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, recruiting and mentoring financial advisors, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of team and company goals. The Unit Manager will play a key role in expanding our business by developing a high-performing sales team while providing guidance, training, and support to team members.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of insurance agents/financial advisors to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Recruit, train, and develop new team members to build a strong and productive sales force.
- Provide continuous coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to improve team effectiveness.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market reach and client acquisition.
- Monitor team performance, track sales activities, and prepare performance reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by ensuring excellent customer service.
- Conduct sales presentations, team meetings, and training sessions.
- Support agents in identifying client needs and recommending suitable insurance and financial solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
- Promote a positive and professional team culture focused on growth and success. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Management, or related fields preferred.
- Previous experience in insurance, financial services, sales, or business development is an advantage.
- Proven leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Passionate about helping people achieve financial security and career growth.
- Willingness to develop and mentor a team of professionals. Preferred Skills
