- Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
- Proficient in GDS systems, such as Abacus or Sabre
- A master negotiator with keen attention to detail
- A rapid learner, focused on customers
- Capable of juggling multiple tasks without dropping the ball
- A diligent worker who approaches tasks with gravity and purpose
- Exceptional at managing your time
- Skilled in guiding customers seamlessly through the sales process, enhancing their experience while maximizing sales opportunities
- Expert in upselling products and services Your Experience
- At least 3-4 years in the travel industry
- Proven track record of achieving goals and objectives
- Demonstrable proficiency with GDS (e.g., Abacus, Sabre) in previous roles
- A tourism-related degree or diploma is welcome but not mandatory
- A solid grasp of holiday packages and tours
