- We are seeking a skilled and reliable Full Welder to perform welding, fabrication, assembly, and repair works for construction and structural steel projects.
- The successful candidate should have practical experience in welding operations, be familiar with different welding processes, understand welding drawings and specifications, and consistently follow quality and safety standards.
- The position is based in Pulilan, Bulacan, with possible assignments to multiple project locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform welding works on structural steel and related materials.
- Perform SMAW, FCAW, GMAW, and other applicable welding processes.
- Fabricate, assemble, and repair steel structures and components.
- Read and interpret welding drawings, plans, and blueprints.
- Perform proper weld preparation, fit-up, alignment, and welding.
- Inspect welds for quality, defects, and proper workmanship.
- Perform grinding, cutting, cleaning, and other related fabrication activities.
- Maintain welding machines, tools, and equipment.
- Follow approved welding procedures, project specifications, and safety requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Coordinate with welders, fitters, supervisors, and other construction personnel.
- Perform other welding and fabrication-related duties as assigned. Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Welder in construction, structural steel, steel fabrication, or related industries.
- Knowledge of SMAW, FCAW, and/or GMAW welding processes.
- Experience in structural steel welding is an advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret welding drawings and blueprints is preferred.
- Knowledge of welding tools, equipment, materials, and procedures.
- Physically fit and capable of performing demanding site work.
- Safety-conscious and committed to quality workmanship.
- Reliable, hardworking, disciplined, and a good team player.
- Willing to work in Pulilan, Bulacan and multiple project locations. Technical Skills
