Job Description
We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives for a Sales Account to assist customers with product inquiries, recommend suitable products or services, and help complete purchases. You'll build strong customer relationships while achieving sales goals and delivering an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries related to products and services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or service plans.

- Assist customers with purchases, orders, upgrades, and account-related requests.
- Build positive customer relationships through excellent service.
- Document customer interactions accurately using company systems. Work Schedule & Training This is a full-time onsite position with a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays based on business requirements. All successful applicants receive comprehensive paid training before handling live customer interactions, helping you develop the product knowledge, communication skills, and sales techniques needed to succeed in a Sales Account. Requirements
- High School or Senior High School graduate (College undergraduate or graduate is an advantage)
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic computer knowledge and the ability to multitask
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Sales experience is an advantage but not required
