About the role
The Admin / Marketing Staff supports both the administrative and marketing operations of TMS Food Venture Co., a food manufacturing and commissary company specializing in the production of dimsums and siopaos.
Key responsibilities
- Market and promote TMS Food Venture Co. products, including dimsums and siopaos
- Create, prepare, and post marketing collaterals such as posters, product photos, promotional materials, and videos
- Maintain consistent posting and promotion of products through social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches
- Monitor customer inquiries, feedback, and engagement on social media platforms
- Coordinate and manage the schedule of product deliveries to customers, stores, and other clients
- Communicate with drivers, riders, customers, and concerned personnel regarding delivery schedules and requirements
- Prepare and update sales reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly sales monitoring
- Prepare and maintain liquidation reports for company expenses and ensure that supporting documents and receipts are properly recorded and submitted
- Organize and maintain administrative documents, reports, and other company records About you
- Demonstrate creativity, responsibility, accuracy, good communication, and strong organizational skills
- Ensure that products are consistently and properly marketed through updated and engaging promotional content
- Maintain a regular posting schedule and ensure marketing collaterals are accurate and aligned with the company's brand and promotions
- Ensure delivery schedules are properly organized, monitored, and communicated to avoid delays and delivery issues
- Submit accurate and timely sales reports and expense liquidations
- Properly organize receipts, records, and supporting documents for all reported expenses
- Coordinate effectively with the production, delivery, sales, and management teams
- Be proactive in suggesting new marketing strategies and opportunities to increase product awareness and sales
- Complete assigned tasks on time and maintain confidentiality of company sales, expenses, customer information, and other business records
