Frontdesk Officer

Key Responsibilities
1. Front Desk Operations
- Manage daily front desk activities and ensure the reception area is organized and welcoming.
- Handle client check-ins, appointment bookings, inquiries, and coordination with salon team members.
- Maintain accurate client, appointment, and sales records in the salon system. 2. Salon Operations Support
- Assist in overseeing daily salon flow when the Salon Manager is unavailable.
- Help monitor schedules, attendance updates, service flow, and general operational concerns.
- Coordinate with Management regarding important updates, client concerns, or urgent matters. 3. Client Service and Experience
- Welcome clients professionally and provide a pleasant experience from arrival to checkout.
- Assist with client concerns, rebooking, and proper documentation of feedback.
- Support smooth communication between clients, stylists, technicians, and other salon staff. 4. Appointment and Call Handling
- Answer calls and messages professionally and provide accurate information on services and availability.
- Encode appointments completely and correctly in the salon system.
- Send appointment reminders and communicate schedule changes to the team. 5. Cashiering and Daily Reports
- Process payments, issue official receipts, and assist in daily sales reconciliation.
- Maintain proper records of payments, receipts, and daily transactions.
- Prepare and update daily logs and reports as needed. 6. Salon Readiness and Cleanliness
- Ensure the reception area, product displays, and client areas are clean and presentable.
- Assist with daily opening preparations and basic salon readiness.
- Report supply, facility, or cleanliness concerns to the appropriate person. 7. Team Coordination
- Provide timely updates to the Salon Manager or Management regarding daily concerns.
- Coordinate with salon staff to support smooth service flow.
- Assist in implementing promotions, campaigns, and operational instruction
