About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team on a full-time basis in our South Caloocan Metro Manila office. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in human resources consulting and generalist HR functions within a growing technology company. As an HR Intern, you will support the HR team in delivering essential people-focused initiatives whilst developing your understanding of HR best practices, recruitment processes, and employee engagement strategies. This role offers valuable exposure to the breadth of HR activities and the chance to contribute meaningfully to our organisational success.

Key responsibilities

- Assist with the recruitment process, including job posting distribution, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and documentation
- Support the onboarding and off-boarding processes for new and departing employees
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist in the organisation and coordination of HR events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities
- Support the preparation of HR reports, policies, and procedural documentation
- Help respond to routine employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
- Assist with administrative tasks including filing, scheduling, and correspondence
- Collaborate with HR team members on special projects and initiatives as assigned
- Support the development and implementation of employee engagement and retention programmes What we're looking for
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with learning new HR software systems
- Genuine interest in human resources and a desire to understand HR functions and best practices
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills with a positive and professional attitude
- Basic understanding of employment laws and HR compliance (preferred)
- Previous HR or recruitment experience or relevant internships (preferred)
