What You'll Do
- Lead daily branch operations and service delivery
- Drive sales performance and achieve branch targets
- Coach and develop a high-performing team
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
- Maintain compliance with company standards and procedures
- Manage branch inventory, supplies, and operational requirements
- Monitor performance and submit branch reports
- Support marketing and promotional initiatives What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing branch operations in a service-oriented business such as fastfood, casual dining, retail, hospitality, wellness, or healthcare
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory, assistant manager, or branch management role
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to coach, develop, and drive team performance
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets, drive business growth, and execute operational initiatives
- Strong understanding of branch operations, including compliance, inventory management, reporting, cash handling, and service standards
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment You'll Thrive In This Role If You:
