Senior Developer

Job Summary: The *Senior Developer*, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of complex software projects, leveraging your expertise in various programming languages and frameworks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, architect solutions, and ensure the scalability, performance, and security of our applications. As a technical mentor, you will provide guidance to junior developers, conduct code reviews, and drive best practices to maintain code quality and development standards. The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful software solutions Duties and Responsibilities Technical Leadership: Taking a lead role in designing, developing, and implementing complex software projects. Providing technical guidance and expertise to the development team and contributing to architectural decisions.
- Code Development and Review: Writing high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards. Conducting code reviews for junior developers to ensure code quality, consistency, and best practices are followed.
- Project Management: Participating in project planning and estimation, setting realistic development timelines, and meeting project milestones. Collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Problem Solving and Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks. Analyzing and debugging code to maintain application stability and reliability.
- Technology Research and Innovation: Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies. Evaluating and recommending new technologies or approaches to improve development processes and enhance product capabilities.
- Mentorship and Training: Mentoring and coaching junior developers, providing them with guidance and knowledge to help them grow their technical skills. Conducting workshops or training sessions to share knowledge within the development team.
- Collaboration: Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of software components and aligning development efforts with business goals.
- Documentation: Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, coding standards, and system specifications, to facilitate knowledge sharing and future development.
- Code Maintenance and Refactoring: Refactoring and optimizing existing code to improve its performance, maintainability, and scalability.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborating with the QA team to develop test plans, perform testing, and ensure that software meets quality standards before deployment.
- Overall, a Senior Developer plays a crucial role in guiding the technical aspects of software development, fostering teamwork, and driving the successful delivery of software projects.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree Computer Science or related course
- Full stack developer experience
- Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle
- System Architecture and Design
- Familiarity with web development technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js), and server-side technologies (e.g., Node.js, Django, Spring)
