Minecraft Short-Form Content Creator — Remote We are looking for a creative Minecraft Short-Form Content Creator to produce high-quality, engaging videos for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels. This is a fully remote position, open to applicants who have the right skills, equipment, and Minecraft experience. Our goal is to create trending, highly engaging Minecraft content, inspired by successful channels such as DailyDragon, Daily Diamond, and similar Minecraft short-form creators. https://www.tiktok.com/@dailydragonmc https://www.tiktok.com/@thedailydiamond https://www.tiktok.com/@thedailyemerald These channels are references for pacing, storytelling, editing, and content style. We want to develop our own original videos and identity. There is an opportunity to grow with the project and take on more responsibility as our channels grow.

What You'll Do
You will:
- Create and record Minecraft scenes
- Turn provided ideas/scripts into entertaining short-form videos
- Set up characters, NPCs, builds, and scenes inside Minecraft
- Record cinematic and gameplay footage
- Edit videos for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels
- Create strong hooks and fast-paced edits designed to keep viewers watching
- Add captions, sound effects, music, zooms, and other engaging elements
- Help identify Minecraft trends, news, ideas, and concepts that could perform well
- Learn and use the Minecraft mods required for our production workflow Minecraft & Modding Experience This is not just a video-editing position. You need to be comfortable actually working inside Minecraft Java Edition and creating scenes for videos. Our current workflow uses Minecraft Java 1.21.1 with Fabric. Some of the tools/mods we use include:
- CustomNPCs
- Freecam
- WorldEdit
- Litematica
- Replay/camera tools
- MaLiLib
- Sodium/Iris
- Fabric API
- Other supporting mods Most Important Experience with CustomNPCs, Freecam, WorldEdit, and similar Minecraft content-creation tools is especially valuable. You do not need to already be an expert with every mod listed above. However, you must be comfortable with modded Minecraft and be a quick learner who can learn new Minecraft tools independently. Computer Requirements Because you will be recording and creating the Minecraft footage yourself, you must have:
- Your own computer
- A computer capable of running Minecraft Java Edition with Fabric and multiple mods
- The ability to record Minecraft gameplay smoothly Please do not apply if your computer cannot comfortably run and record modded Minecraft. Who We're Looking For You should:
- Know Minecraft very well
- Understand Minecraft mechanics, mobs, items, builds, updates, and general Minecraft culture
- Regularly watch Minecraft content
- Understand TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Understand hooks, pacing, storytelling, and viewer retention
- Have experience creating/editing short-form content
- Be comfortable recording your own Minecraft footage
- Have good English communication skills
- Be reliable and able to work independently
- Be willing to learn new tools and improve your content over time We are especially interested in people who already understand the style of channels such as DailyDragon and Daily Diamond. This will allow us to evaluate your Minecraft knowledge, ability to use the required mods, creativity, recording quality, editing, pacing, storytelling, and understanding of short-form content. We are looking for someone interested in a consistent, long-term remote collaboration. For the right person, there is an opportunity to grow with the project, take on additional responsibilities, and play a larger role in our Minecraft channels as they develop.
