Makati, Philippines Work Setup: On-site Industry: Banking Job Overview: We are seeking a hands-on ServiceNow Technical Developer to build, configure, customize, and enhance enterprise ServiceNow solutions. The role will work across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, workflows, integrations, and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and configure ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and CMDB solutions.
- Build workflows, Business Rules, UI Policies, scripts, and automated processes.
- Develop solutions using JavaScript, GlideScript, Glide API, and Flow Designer.
- Design and maintain CMDB structures, CI relationships, and service mapping.
- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and web services.
- Build reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and support production deployments.
- Follow ServiceNow development standards, governance, and best practices. Key
Requirements:
- 6–10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong JavaScript/Glide scripting and ServiceNow customization experience.
- Strong ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and CMDB knowledge.
- Experience with Flow Designer, Orchestration, APIs, and MID Servers.
- Strong troubleshooting and integration development skills.
- ServiceNow CSA/CAD/CIS certifications are advantageous.
- Banking/financial services experience is highly preferred.
