Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily security operations and ensure continuous site coverage.
- Manage security personnel, scheduling, deployment, and performance.
- Conduct regular site inspections, security audits, and risk assessments.
- Handle and investigate security incidents and emergency situations.
- Coordinate with clients, management, authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with security policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare operational, incident, and performance reports.
- Implement security improvements and corrective actions to address operational gaps. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in security operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Experience in BPO, corporate, commercial, or high-volume security operations is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of security protocols, incident management, risk assessment, and emergency response.
- Valid security-related licenses/certifications and training, as applicable.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays. Can Start ASAP
- September 1st week. Pay: Php40,000.00
- Php50,000.00 per month
