Job Summary
The Multimedia Specialist produces and manages photo and video content for marketing campaigns, social media, events, product shoots, and in-store requirements, ensuring all outputs are on-brand, well-organized, and delivered on time.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Shoot and edit photos and videos for:
- *Product shoots
*
- *Digital Ads
*
- *Marketing materials
*
- *Social media content
*
- *Events and launches
*
- *Promotional and seasonal campaigns
*
- Prepare storyboards, shot lists, and visual references before shoots.
- Coordinate shoot schedules, equipment, products, locations, and other production requirements.
- Operate cameras, lighting equipment, microphones, and other production tools.
- Edit videos and photos, including color correction, audio enhancement, retouching, and basic motion graphics.
- Resize and adapt content for different digital platforms and screen formats.
- Prepare, upload, and update content for store media screens.
- Ensure that store screen content is current and properly displayed.
- Organize, label, back up, and archive raw files, working files, and final outputs.
- Maintain proper handling and storage of production equipment.
- Work closely with the Creative and Marketing teams to execute approved concepts and campaigns.
- Perform quality checks before submitting or publishing final materials. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university
- At least 3-4 years’ professional experience in video production, photography, graphic design, or a similar digital media role.
- High proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with DSLR or mirrorless cameras, lighting equipment, and audio gear.
- Knowledge of video editing, photography, lighting, composition, and color correction.
- Strong visual storytelling and attention to detail.
- Good organizational, scheduling, and file management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a creative team.
- Experience working with food and grocery products is an plus.
- A portfolio or demo reel showing relevant photo and video work is required.
