As a Virtual Concierge Associate you will provide administrative and concierge support within our Business Services and Support practice, helping manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle confidential information. As an Associate you will build your skills through varied assignments, adapt to changing priorities, ask questions, and contribute reliable work that supports your team and helps deepen your understanding of the business. In this role at PwC, you will respond to client and team needs, assist with day-to-day office support tasks, and develop your ability to navigate a fast-paced environment while learning how your work contributes to broader service delivery.
Responsibilities
• Managing executive calendars, meeting coordination, and day-to-day administrative support for senior leaders
• Handling confidential information, sensitive records, and business correspondence with care and discretion
• Coordinating travel arrangements, hoteling requests, and expense processing using office productivity and travel systems
• Preparing meeting materials, notes, reports, and presentations to support timely decision making
• Tracking action items, follow-up requests, and schedule changes to keep priorities moving
• Responding to guest services needs and inquiries while maintaining a professional client-facing presence
• Organizing records, data entry tasks, and document updates across administrative systems
• Supporting office operations through supply ordering, equipment checks, and general clerical tasks
• Applying time management and administrative skills to balance multiple requests in a fast-paced environment What You Must Have
• At least a Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent degree
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
