(Remote) SME in Chemistry

We are seeking highly qualified Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) with expertise in Organic Chemistry and Materials Chemistry, including polymers, inorganic materials, metallic materials, energy materials, and engineering-related disciplines. The SME will play a critical role in quality assurance, terminology development, technical content review, and expert discussions aimed at enhancing the accuracy, relevance, and value of content delivered to users within these specialized subject areas. Key Responsibilities
Perform quality assurance reviews of scientific and technical content. Validate scientific accuracy, consistency, and completeness of content. Conduct factchecking and identify errors, gaps, or inconsistencies. Contribute to the development and standardization of scientific terminology. Participate in subject matter discussions and provide expert insights on chemistry
- and materials-related topics. Review and interpret scientific literature, technical reports, and educational materials. Support content development initiatives by providing domain expertise and evidence-based recommendations. Qualifications Master's Degree or PhD in Chemistry or a closely related discipline is required. Specialization or demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following areas: Organic Chemistry, Materials Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, Metallic Materials, Energy Materials, Chemical or Materials Engineering Experience using chemical research databases such as Reaxys, SciFinder, or similar scientific literature platforms is highly preferred. Strong understanding of chemical research methodologies, scientific literature, and technical documentation. Preferred Experience Experience in technical content review, quality assurance, and scientific content validation. Proven ability to verify technical accuracy, perform factchecking, and identify content errors or inconsistencies. Experience reviewing educational materials, scientific publications, technical reports, and research documents. Ability to interpret and analyze peer-reviewed journal articles and translate complex scientific concepts into clear, accurate insights. Background in research, academia, scientific publishing, technical editing, or knowledge management is an advantage.
