* Night Shift (Canada Time) Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex IT projects focused on Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, intelligent automation, machine learning, analytics, and digital transformation. The ideal candidate has a strong background in IT project or program management, with proven experience delivering AI-driven initiatives and process transformation projects from planning through implementation. This role requires effective stakeholder management, cross-functional leadership, risk management, and the ability to deliver projects aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of AI and digital transformation projects.
* Manage projects involving Generative AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, analytics, and process improvement.
* Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocations, and delivery milestones.
* Coordinate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership to ensure successful project execution.
* Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery challenges.
* Monitor project performance, budgets, scope, and timelines to ensure objectives are achieved.
* Facilitate stakeholder meetings, project reviews, status reporting, and executive updates.
* Drive process transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
* Ensure project governance, documentation, quality standards, and change management requirements are met. Qualifications and Requirements
* At least 5 years of experience in IT project or program management.
* Proven experience implementing and managing projects involving AI, Generative AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, analytics, or digital transformation.
* Strong project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple project priorities.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
* Willingness to work 100% onsite in Pasig City.
* Willingness to work on a night-shift schedule aligned with Canadian business hours.
