About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Representative (B2B – Hunter) to drive new client acquisition for Cartrack’s fleet management and telematics solutions. This is a highly target-driven role focused on prospecting, cold outreach, client visits and closing new business across corporate and SME clients. You would be responsible for building your own pipeline through activities such as cold calling, cold visits, referrals and networking, rather than relying primarily on company-provided leads. Please note that this is an onsite role.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, prospect and acquire new B2B clients
• Build and manage a strong pipeline focused on new business acquisition
• Conduct product presentations and provide solution-based sales to prospective clients
• Understand client needs and propose tailored fleet management and telematics solutions
• Prepare quotations and proposals, negotiate commercial terms and close deals
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates
• Work with internal teams to ensure the smooth onboarding of new clients
• Conduct regular field sales and client visits What We're Looking For We are particularly interested in candidates with:
• 1–3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in a hunter or new-business acquisition role
• Experience with cold calling, prospecting and face-to-face client engagement
• A proven ability to achieve sales targets
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• A self-driven and resilient personality, with the ability to work independently Experience in fleet management, telematics, SaaS, IT solutions, logistics, automotive or insurance would be advantageous
