• Test analysis and planning: interpret documents, choose approaches, and understand business processes.
• Case management: develop traceable cases, prioritize execution, and review junior analysts' tests.
• Test execution: cover component, system, integration, regression, performance, end-to-end, and acceptance testing.
• Defect reporting: assign severity and priority, report test status, and regression-test fixes.
• Defect management: track, escalate, and explain documented issues to managers and engineers.
• Test documentation: maintain scenarios, cases, test data, evidence, datasheets, and repository records.
• Culture and compliance: promote collaboration, improvement, innovation, excellence, and policy adherence. Required Qualifications
• Three to five years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, testing or quality assurance, or a related field.
• Ability to plan, organize, and manage testing and quality-assurance activities.
• Understanding of technology systems and collaboration with technical delivery teams.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, TDD, BDD, automation, and continuous testing.
• Knowledge of test-management tools such as HP Quality Center, JIRA, and TestRail.
• Knowledge of Selenium, Appium, TestNG, and JUnit testing frameworks. Preferred Qualifications
• Professional certifications in software testing, test-management tools, or testing frameworks.
