Human Resources Officer

We are looking for an Associate, Human Resources to support and deliver end-to-end HR operations, employee relations, talent acquisition, compliance, learning and development, and employee engagement initiatives for our project sites. What you’ll do:
• Support employee relations activities, including case management, investigations, and disciplinary processes.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, candidate screening, interviews, onboarding, and manpower requirements.
• Facilitate learning and development programs, employee engagement initiatives, and culture-building activities.
• Administer performance management processes, HR documentation, employee movements, and personnel records.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations, government-mandated requirements, HR policies, and reporting requirements. What we’re looking for:
• A graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field .
• A minimum of 3 years of progressive HR generalist experience.
• A strong background in recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, payroll, and performance management.
• Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, or Microsoft Office applications.
