About the Role
Join Ivoclar as a Company Nurse (Occupational Health Nurse) and play an important role in keeping our employees healthy, safe, and supported at work. You’ll provide hands-on employee healthcare, first aid, health assessments, occupational health support, and workplace safety initiatives while partnering with People & Culture and other teams. From managing day-to-day clinic needs to supporting health and wellness programs and regulatory compliance, you’ll help create a healthier and safer workplace for everyone. Your Role Provide first aid, nursing care, medications, and health assessments to employees. Assess employees’ health concerns and provide appropriate care, referrals, or follow-up. Manage clinic medicines, medical supplies, and employee health records, ensuring accurate and confidential documentation. Conduct regular workplace health and safety inspections and report identified health hazards to the appropriate teams for corrective action and monitoring. Prepare and submit incident reports, including employee conditions and actions taken. Support the Annual Physical Examination (APE) program and assist in reviewing APE and Pre-Employment Medical Examination (PEME) results. Coordinate with HMO providers, clinics, and hospitals regarding medical reports, medical certificates, fit-to-work certifications, and healthcare utilization. Evaluate employees returning to work and support fitness-for-duty assessments. Maintain appropriate infection control practices within the workplace clinic. Prepare medical status, utilization, and other health-related reports as required. Partner with People & Culture on HMO and employee health-related processes, including relevant SSS sickness, maternity, and leave-related requirements. Develop and implement health, wellness, safety, and illness-prevention programs. Conduct health education and wellness activities to promote healthy workplace practices and prevent illness recurrence. Support DOLE, OSH, and OHNAP compliance activities and related workplace health and safety initiatives. Serve as a subject matter resource for occupational health and safety compliance, supporting projects and ensuring applicable regulatory requirements are followed. Participate in company training, development activities, and other initiatives as needed.

Your Profile
Must-have

qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC License. Certified Occupational Health Nurse (OHN). BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) Certified. At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Company Nurse, Occupational Health Nurse, Corporate Nurse, Clinic Nurse, or in a similar healthcare role. Working knowledge of Philippine occupational health and safety regulations and workplace health programs. Experience handling employee health records, medical documentation, and clinic-related activities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and electronic record-keeping. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with employees and cross-functional teams. High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information. Nice-to-have: Experience supporting DOLE/OSH compliance or OHNAP activities. Experience coordinating APE, PEME, HMO, SSS sickness/maternity, and fit-to-work processes. Experience developing or implementing employee health and wellness programs. Previous experience in a manufacturing, corporate, or occupational health environment. Additional occupational health and safety certifications or training. Other Requirements Willing to work onsite in Nuvali, Sta. Rosa, Laguna. Willing to travel to the BGC office at least once a month and as needed. Willing to work on shifting schedules. Able to maintain strict confidentiality when handling employee medical information.
