• Solution research and delivery: design and implement with business and technology teams.
• Existing program modification: identify change areas and develop needed modifications.
• BU enterprise architecture guardrails: adapt and implement standards aligned to business needs.
• Supplier and internal collaboration: evaluate solution approaches and support implementation.
• Architecture methods and frameworks: guide solution design and enterprise alignment.
• Solution communication: provide clear verbal and written design, recommendation, and progress updates.
• Solution delivery support: apply project management methods and agile development practices. Required Qualifications
• 8–10 years solution architecture; five similar banking/financial-services years, including regulatory and compliance knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
• Architecture methods and frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman), project management, and agile practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Advanced degree in a related field.
• Understanding of key industry technologies and trends, including digital, cloud, and security.
