We are building a shortlist of Tagalog-speaking support agents ahead of several accounts starting over the next three to six months. Being straight with you about what this is. Seats are not open yet today. You would be assessed once, and then matched to an account as it starts. Most of our upcoming work sits in the five areas below. We will tell you which one you are being considered for before any final interview, and we will tell you if nothing lands. The reason we assess now is that these accounts ramp fast when they sign, and hiring 40 agents from scratch in two weeks is how quality gets sacrificed. The five kinds of work Read these and tell us in your application which ones you have done and which ones you want. They are genuinely different jobs. 1. Telco and internet 2. E-wallets and fintech 3. Banks, lending and collections 4. E-commerce, buyer and seller side 5. Delivery and ride-hailing What you need, for any of them At least 1 year of customer service experience on a voice account Fluent Tagalog. You will speak it all day Enough English to follow written instructions and internal messages. You will not be taking calls in English Your own headset, and somewhere quiet to take calls Home internet of at least 25 Mbps, and a backup connection A way to keep working through a brownout. A UPS for your router and laptop is usually enough Willingness to work shifts. See below What you do not need A degree Experience in the specific industry. If you have done Tagalog voice work, you can be trained into any of the five A neutral or American accent. These are Tagalog accounts If you cannot do graveyard, say so in your application. It rules out some accounts and none of the others, and it is better known now than at offer stage.
