We are seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Senior Advisor / Engagement Officer to drive employee engagement initiatives and support capability development across the organization. Reporting to the HR Manager, this role is responsible for executing engagement programs, coordinating company events, managing employee communications, maintaining training documentation, and generating insights that enhance employee experience and organizational performance. The ideal candidate has experience in employee engagement, event management, internal communications, and learning administration. They are highly organized, data-driven, and skilled at collaborating with business leaders to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute employee engagement programs, events, wellness activities, recognition initiatives, and CSR projects. Manage end-to-end event logistics, communications, attendance tracking, and post-event feedback. Maintain training records, learning documentation, and capability development trackers. Analyze engagement and training data to provide actionable insights and support reporting. Drive process improvements through digital tools, automation, and best-practice HR solutions. Partner with supervisors, committees, and stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Communications, Business, Marketing, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in HR engagement, employee events, communications, learning & development, or similar roles. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and event coordination skills. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Excel, Teams, Forms, Canva, and other digital collaboration tools. Comfortable facilitating events, presenting to employees, and working with data to support decision-making.
