Job Summary
• Assigned to the Accounting and Reconciliation Section of Electronic Payments Department.
• Overseeing electronic payment transactions in retail and corporate online banking channels, bills payment, payroll services, domestic and international tie-up support, OFW remittances, etc How will you contribute?
• Manage the Accounting and Reconciliation Section that handles:
• Day 1 and Day 2 Reconciliation of Accounts
• Vault Management
• Budget Management
• Review of Certification of Balances
• Billing and Creditable Withholding Tax (CWT)
• Preparation for Billers and Tie Ups What will make you successful?
• College degree
• 5-10 years in banking operations in a supervisory (entry to middle level) role
• Knowledgeable in Bank’s operations, products and services
• BSP circulars, regulations and reports
• Day-to-day banking activities (i.e. Head Office and Business Centers)
• Bank’s Policies and Procedures
• Technical Expertise and knowledge in reconciliation of electronic payments and channels
• Knowledge of Excel / Google Sheet formulas
