Role Description The Company Construction Driver is a full-time, on-site role based in Santa Rosa City. This role is responsible for safely operating company vehicles to transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from construction sites, and supporting site logistics throughout the workday. Daily tasks include loading and unloading supplies, performing basic vehicle inspections, following assigned routes and schedules, and assisting the construction team with moving materials around the site. The driver is expected to follow all traffic and safety regulations, maintain accurate delivery records, and communicate clearly with supervisors and site personnel. The role may also involve occasional general labor support, such as organizing storage areas and helping ensure the work site remains orderly and accessible. Qualifications
• Possession of a valid and appropriate driver’s license, with a strong record of safe driving and adherence to traffic laws.
• Ability to operate company vehicles used in construction settings, including familiarity with basic vehicle checks and preventive maintenance.
• Capacity to lift, carry, and move construction materials and equipment, and to work safely in outdoor and active job site environments.
• Strong attention to safety procedures and willingness to follow company and site-specific safety guidelines at all times.
• Reliable time management skills, including punctuality, adherence to schedules, and effective coordination with supervisors and team members.
• Clear communication skills for interacting with site personnel, supervisors, and clients as needed, and for maintaining simple delivery and activity records.
• Ability to work collaboratively with construction crews and adjust to changing site needs and priorities.
• Previous experience in construction, logistics, or related driving roles is an advantage; high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
