Ortigas or Makati Work Setup: Hybrid Employment Type: Project-based (subject for extension and/or absorption) Descriptions:
• Platform Architecture & Automation: Design and build self-service multi-cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) infrastructure-as-code patterns, pipelines, and automated policy-as-code gu ardrails.
Enabl
• ement & Governance: Deliver day-to-day engineering support, onboard consuming squads, and guide vendor execution to ensure alignment with platform standards.
CI/CD
• Platform & Self-Service: Build, optimize, and scale the multi-cloud CI/CD delivery platform to drive on-demand, self-service releases and reduce deployment friction.
DevSe
• cOps & Observability: Embed automated security (SAST, DAST, container scanning) and robust observability/audit trails into pipelines to ensure continuous safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
Quali
• ty & Delivery Excellence: Consistently improve software quality, estimation accuracy, and visibility by engaging stakeholders across the SDLC to reduce defects.
Colla
• boration & Business Value: Foster cross-functional trust between development, security, and platform teams while driving agility and business value through automation and risk mitigation. Qualifications
• 5+ years in software/infrastructure engineering, including 3+ years hands-on in DevSecOps, cloud engineering, or SRE (Bachelor’s degree required).
• Production Terraform, AWS/Azure/GCP, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/GKE), Docker, and Helm.
• Experience with secure SDLC, container scanning, and compliance/audit requirements (banking or highly regulated industry background preferred).
• Has practical knowledge using Python, Bash, or Go.
• Strong sense of ownership; collaborative and low-ego; clear communicator across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
