Location:
105 Leviste St., Salcedo Village, Makati A Casual Neighborhood Bakery and Restaurant & Energetic Community Space Guest Hosts set the hospitality tone and pulse of the room at Public Goods. You do more than take orders and clear tables
- you create a welcoming space where guests feel genuinely seen and cared for, turning everyday café visits into memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities
• Hospitality & Floor Presence: Lead with warmth, attentiveness, and care. Anticipate guest needs before they arise, and find intentional ways to leave a lasting, positive impression.
• Guest Service & Guidance: Welcome guests enthusiastically, guide them through our menu with genuine recommendations, and keep the dining room feeling vibrant and well cared for.
• POS & Cashiering: Accurately ring up orders, manage payments efficiently, and maintain a calm, friendly connection even during peak rushes.
• Floor & Table Care: Run food and drinks with pride, bus and sanitize tables promptly, and ensure the dining room remains clean, comfortable, and welcoming at all times.
• Station Pride: Keep pastry cases, display areas, menus, and seating spotless, well-stocked, and visually sharp throughout every shift.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate seamlessly with our baristas, kitchen, and bakery teams to ensure seamless service and unified hospitality. Qualifications
•

Experience:
1 to 2 years in high-volume cafés, bakeries, or casual dining.
• Mindset: Hospitality-driven, empathetic, proactive, and calm under pressure. You genuinely enjoy connecting with people and taking pride in the details.
•

Skills:
Strong communication, fast POS navigation, and a keen eye for floor cleanliness and guest comfort.
• Availability: Flexible availability for weekend, morning, and holiday shifts. Who You Work With
