We are seeking for a dynamic, results-driven Driver Recruitment Specialist who can own the full driver-partner lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding through to driver first trip (DFT). You will plan, coordinate, and manage Spot Activations and onboarding events, while also building and sustaining the driver-partner community programs that keep partners engaged well on their first weeks on the platform.
You will standardize workflows, scale acquisition and onboarding operations, and become a key driver of growth for GreenGSM's driver-partner fleet — while owning two of the team's most critical health metrics: Driver Onboarding and Driver First Trip (DFT).
The Day-to-Day Activities Include:
• Lead strategic initiatives — across both online and offline channels — to grow and strengthen GreenGSM's driver-partner acquisition and onboarding.
• Plan and execute on-ground activations and onboarding events, partnering with driver communities, agencies, and internal teams to ensure smooth, end-to-end delivery.
• Walk new driver-partners through the full onboarding process — application, documentation, orientation, and training — and closely track their progress until they complete their first trip.
• Pinpoint and resolve the obstacles standing between training completion and a driver's first trip, building reminders, incentives, and support touchpoints that close this gap faster.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with driver communities, community leaders, vendors, agencies, and partner brands — resolving concerns and delivering a positive partner experience.
• Track and report on recruitment performance, time-to-first-trip, retention rates, and other key metrics, turning findings into clear, actionable strategies for stakeholders.
• Facilitate driver training and refresher sessions on General Internal Regulations (GIR), service expectations, etiquette, and the dos and don'ts of representing GreenGSM on the road. Job
Requirements:
• Willing to be based in El Salvador City / Metro Cagayan de Oro
• At least 1–3 years of experience in driver acquisition, onboarding, operations, engagement, customer service, community management, or similar roles.
• Experience in transportation, ride-hailing, logistics, or taxi operations is a strong advantage.
• Experience working directly with frontline workers or blue-collar communities is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills in Bisaya, Filipino, and English.
• High level of empathy, patience, and people-handling skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters professionally.
• Data-driven mindset with basic reporting and analysis skills.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Comfortable working both on-ground (depots, driver hubs) and in office settings.
• Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic reporting tools.
