Role Description The Management Trainee (Mandarin Speaker – Filipino Chinese) is a full-time, on-site role based in Pasig. This role involves supporting daily operations by coordinating with internal teams and partners, preparing reports, and assisting in the implementation of process improvements. The trainee will use Mandarin and English to facilitate communication with regional stakeholders, support cross-border logistics activities, and help resolve operational issues. The role also includes learning core business functions, participating in training programs, and shadowing leaders to develop skills in operations, people management, and business analysis. Qualifications Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English; ability to translate and interpret business-related information accurately. Solid organizational, time management, and coordination skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to prepare and interpret reports and data for operations and management. Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort working with technology-enabled systems. Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred. Willingness to work on-site in Pasig and to learn various functions within the logistics and courier industry. Demonstrated adaptability, teamwork, and a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement. Experience or internship in logistics, operations, or customer service is an advantage but not required.
