• Operations & Oversight: Supervise daily departmental (Accounting) operations, manage general ledger accounts, and review transactions to guarantee absolute accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Cycle Management: Lead timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, alongside overseeing accounts payable, receivable, and payroll functions.
• Compliance & Audits: Ensure strict adherence to local tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements while serving as a key coordinator for internal and external audits.
• Strategic Support: Assist management with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow monitoring, and financial planning to support broader business goals.
• Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and evaluate our accounting staff to foster continuous professional growth and top-tier team performance. What we are looking for in our next team member:
• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSA), with a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license preferred.
• At least 3 to 5 years of solid, progressive accounting experience (including supervisory or senior-level exposure).
• Strong mastery of financial principles, tax regulations, internal controls, and full-cycle closing.
• Hands-on proficiency with major ERP or enterprise accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
