Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output and quality targets Lead, train, and motivate production staff to achieve optimal performance Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year course At least 2–3 years of experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a production or manufacturing compay Demonstrated leadership and people management skills with the ability to lead and motivate production teams Knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and workplace safety regulations Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Willing to work in General Trias, Cavite
