National Capital District, Philippines Singlife Philippines Full-time
THE COMPANY Singlife Philippines is a mobile-first life insurance company on a mission to make financial independence achievable for every Filipino. Through modern technology, we provide insights, guidance, and solutions—all via mobile devices—so Filipinos can get the right financial protection when they need it. From emergencies and loss of income to high medical bills and future goals like education or retirement, Singlife ensures money is there when it matters most . As a subsidiary of Singlife Singapore, we combine the agility of a start-up with the strength of a trusted regional brand. Through our growing portfolio of partnerships, including trusted platforms like GCash, AUB's HelloMoney, and Hello Pag-IBIG, we're making meaningful insurance more accessible to the wider market. At Singlife, we're not just building products. We're democratizing access to financial protection, one Filipino at a time. JOB OVERVIEW SIM and BizDev open the door: they source, negotiate, and close partnerships. The Partnership Success Lead takes over from there. You own the post-close relationship with live partners, keep them engaged, and grow each account in APE/PremRev and depth of partnership. The goal is mutual value: partners grow their own revenue, engagement, and customer benefit, and Singlife grows declared APE, policy count, and persistency from the same base. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES 1. Account Ownership and Relationship Management
• Act as the single point of contact for assigned partners after close and handover
• Build relationships across partner levels: day-to-day operators, product and growth leads, marketing teams, and senior sponsors
• Run regular business reviews (weekly or monthly ops check-ins, quarterly business reviews) covering performance, issues, and next steps
• Maintain an account plan for each partner: objectives, stakeholders, current programs, risks, and expansion opportunities 2. Account Growth and Expansion
• Identify and pursue growth within existing accounts: new products, new segments, new placements, new campaigns, and deeper integration
• Build the business case for each expansion, quantifying the mutual benefit (partner revenue or engagement uplift, Singlife APE)
• Bring learnings from one account to others, and work with SIM and BizDev on what is working in new deals
• Propose and negotiate amendments, renewals, and commercial adjustments together with Legal and FP&A 3. Data-Driven Performance Management
• Own the performance view of each account: traffic, funnel conversion, activation, APE, policy count, and CPA
• Analyze data to find drop-offs, underperforming placements, and untapped segments, and turn findings into specific actions and experiments
• Build and maintain account dashboards and reports (Excel or Sheets, and BI tools such as Power BI), and work with the Data team for deeper cuts
• Use data, not opinion, to make the case to partners and internal leadership for changes, new initiatives, and investment
• Set targets and track forecasted APE contribution per account 4. Product and Tech Coordination
• Serve as the business-side bridge between partners and Singlife Product and Tech on integration topics (microsite embeds, APIs, deep links, user journeys, tracking and attribution)
• Translate partner and business needs into clear requirements and priorities for Product and Tech, and translate technical constraints back to partners in plain language
• Follow integration roadmaps, releases, issues, and dependencies, and keep partners informed
• Understand enough of how the integration works to spot issues early, ask the right questions, and set realistic timelines 5. Marketing and Brand Partnership
• Work closely with Singlife Marketing on campaign planning, creative, messaging, and content for each partner
• Work with partner marketing teams to co-create campaigns, promos, and communications that fit the partner's audience and channel
• Guide how the Singlife brand is positioned inside each partner ecosystem, so messaging stays consistent, compliant, and relevant to the partner's users
• Coordinate brand guidelines, approvals, and co-branding requirements on both sides
• Feed partner users into the Singlife App journey with Digital Direct to support appification, cross-sell, and persistency 6. Governance and Risk
• Ensure partner programs stay within Insurance Commission regulations, data privacy requirements, and internal compliance standards
• Track contractual obligations, SLAs, and renewal timelines
• Flag concentration risk, dependency risk, and relationship risk early, with mitigation plans
• Maintain clean documentation of agreements, decisions, and commitments QUALIFICATIONS Education level: Bachelor’s Degree Years of
