Although during your first month (or until the HLM approves of the transition), you will be reporting on-site to complete company and/or client-required trainings. With this, the following requirements will be required prior the on-boarding:
• Minimum of 25mbps internet speed (actual bandwidth via speed test) *higher than 25mbps would be required if there will be other people in the household who would be either working from home or heavily using the internet during your shift
• Dedicated space or room with good ventilation for the PC set-up.
• Table that can fit two 24" monitors and a chair, ideally positioned close to the outlet and internet modem
• Work from home location is within NCR. General Objective: The Workforce Analyst is responsible for analyzing staffing needs, forecasting workload, and optimizing resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency and service level compliance. This role leverages data-driven insights to support workforce planning, scheduling, and performance reporting across multiple teams. What are some of the responsibilities?
• Develop short-term and long-term workload forecasts using historical data and business trends.
• Recommend staffing strategies to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and operational goals.
• Create and maintain schedules that align with forecasted demand and employee availability.
• Plan, assign and reassign work daily to staff to maintain SLAs.
• Monitor real-time adherence and adjust staffing plans as needed.
• Analyze workforce metrics (e.g., occupancy, shrinkage, productivity) and identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards for leadership on staffing performance and capacity planning.
• Partner with Operations, HR, and Finance teams to align workforce strategies with business objectives.
• Recommend process improvements and technology enhancements for workforce management systems.
• What are the ideal requirements?
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in workforce management, forecasting, or data analysis.
• Proficiency in workforce management tools (e.g., NICE, Verint) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills along with a deep sense of urgency.
• Must be flexible to any shift assigned due to business needs
