The Optometrist is expected to maintain high standards of patient care, follow clinic protocols, and contribute to a positive, efficient clinical environment. Qualifications Licensed Optometrist with a valid professional registration in the Philippines. Strong clinical skills in refraction, contact lens fitting, and comprehensive eye examinations. Knowledge of common ocular diseases, diagnostic techniques, and co-management of surgical and laser procedures. Effective communication and patient education skills, with a focus on clear, empathetic care. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary eye care team and follow established clinical protocols. Good organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in patient records. Comfort using electronic medical records and basic digital tools in a clinical setting. Willingness to work on-site in Makati on a regular full-time schedule. Prior experience in an eye clinic, hospital, or similar setting is an advantage. Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with advancements in optometry and eye care.
