User Acceptance Testing Analyst

Key responsibilities
• Review requirements and acceptance criteria for testability and completeness.
• Develop UAT strategy, scenarios, scripts, test data and traceability.
• Execute tests, capture evidence and log defects with clear reproduction details.
• Coordinate business testers and manage daily progress, blockers and defect triage.
• Validate fixes and regression impacts and support readiness recommendations.
• Maintain test artefacts, approvals and audit evidence.
• Support post-release verification and lessons learned. Required qualifications and experience
• Bachelor degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2-3 years in UAT, functional testing or business operations testing.
• Experience with structured test management and defect tracking tools.
• Strong analytical, documentation and stakeholder coordination skills. Technical / functional capabilities
• UAT planning and governance
• Test scenario / script design
• Requirements traceability
• Defect lifecycle management
• Regression and release readiness
• SQL or data-validation skills preferred Behavioural competencies
• Customer and member focus with professional communication.
• High attention to detail, ownership and reliable follow-through.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating across Australia and the Philippines.
• Sound judgement, confidentiality and compliance with documented procedures. Performance outcomes / suggested measures
• Test coverage and execution progress
• Defect quality and leakage
• Evidence completeness
• On-time sign-off
• Post-release incident rate attributable to tested scope
