Join PayLoro, a growing fintech company providing digital payment solutions to merchants and businesses We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator to support our merchant network, ensure excellent client experiences, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve service concerns efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle merchant inquiries, service requests, and client concerns professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Technical teams to resolve payment-related issues.
• Assist with merchant onboarding, account activation, documentation, and followups.
• Monitor and track client concerns to ensure timely resolution and proper escalation.
• Support transaction inquiries, QR payment concerns, settlement follow-ups, and other merchant service requests.
• Maintain accurate client records, issue logs, and service reports.
• Build strong merchant relationships and contribute to client satisfaction and retention.
• Identify recurring client concerns and recommend improvements to service processes. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in customer service, client relations, account coordination, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and coordinate effectively across teams.
