About the Role
Innity is a digital marketing and media technology company that offers data-driven advertising solutions across Asia. We're growing our Philippines team and looking for a Digital Solutions Manager who's ready to shape digital strategy, build strong client relationships, and grow with a company that's at the intersection of programmatic, social commerce, influencer, and content marketing. What You'll Be Doing
• Own and grow a portfolio of clients — either on the agency or direct side, depending on fit
• Develop tailored digital advertising solutions across programmatic, influencer, content and performance marketing
• Collaborate with Strategy, Ad Ops, Creatives, and Business Development teams for seamless campaign execution
• Monitor campaign performance and turn data into actionable client recommendations
• Stay sharp on industry trends, emerging technologies, and what competitors are doing What We're Looking For
• 2-3 years of experience in digital media sales, advertising, marketing, or a related field
• Strong grasp of digital marketing channels — programmatic, social, influencer, affiliate, e-commerce.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communicator, negotiator, and presenter
• Comfortable managing multiple clients and campaigns at the same time
• Based in or willing to work in Metro Manila Nice to Have
