Location:
Ortigas, Pasig, PH Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PH Time (Onsite) Job Details As the HR Director, you will serve as a member of the Executive Leadership Team and act as the chief custodian of enablesGROUP's people strategy, culture, workforce capability, and organizational effectiveness. You will drive enterprise-wide human capital initiatives that directly support business growth, operational excellence, client satisfaction, profitability, and workforce sustainability. You will lead HR Operations, Talent Acquisition (TA), Learning & Development (L&D), Employee/Labor Relations (ER/LR), Facilities & Office Administration, and HR Tech Transformation across our 24/7 BPO operations.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic HR Business Partnership & People Culture
• Develop and execute the organization's Human Capital Strategy aligned with business expansion plans, revenue growth, EBITDA objectives, and operational excellence.
• Serve as strategic advisor to executive leadership on workforce planning, succession planning, leadership capability, and organizational effectiveness.
• Champion a high-performance culture built on accountability, engagement, continuous improvement, and customer centricity.
• Lead change management initiatives and leadership development frameworks.
• Direct end-to-end HR strategies aligned with enablesGROUP's client Service Level Agreements (SLAs), operational expansion, billable headroom, and revenue targets.
• Serve as the chief culture strategist, implementing data-driven employee engagement programs that directly mitigate attrition.
• Partner directly with Operations Directors to optimize shrinkage, ramp times, and attendance reliability across all enablesGROUP's accounts. 2. Labor Relations & Statutory Compliance
• Oversee all Labor and Employee Relations, ensuring strict adherence to the Philippine Labor Code, DOLE guidelines, BOSH standards, and local tax/statutory regulations.
• Serve as the executive escalation point for administrative hearings, progressive discipline, labor disputes, and DOLE/NLRC proceedings.
• Maintain clear corporate governance, updating enablesGROUP Employee Handbooks and operating policies to protect the business from legal liabilities. 3. Talent Acquisition & L&D Leadership
• Lead enterprise recruitment strategies supporting high-volume hiring requirements and leadership recruitment.
• Own key metrics: Time-to-Fill, Cost-per-Hire, Quality-of-Hire, New Hire Retention, and Offer Acceptance Rate.
• Oversee L&D and Nesting/Training frameworks to accelerate time-to-productivity for new hires and build continuous leadership pipelines for Team Leaders and Operations Managers.
• Establish enterprise learning and succession planning programs.
• Improve leadership readiness and internal promotion rates. 4. HRIS, Process Automation & Analytics
• Drive HR transformation by selecting, implementing, or optimizing enterprise HRIS platform workflows and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Monitor attrition, engagement, workforce productivity, and headcount forecasts.
• Eliminate manual floor processes by automating leave management, timekeeping, payroll inputs, and onboarding workflows.
• Leverage dashboards to deliver real-time predictive analytics on floor health, attrition trends, and workforce risk to executive stakeholders. 5. Compensation, Rewards & Total Employee Experience
• Lead compensation benchmarking, job architecture, rewards, and benefits strategies. 6. Facilities & Office Administration
• Manage enterprise site operations, office admin, physical security, asset management, and vendor contracts to ensure 100% operational uptime across enablesGROUP's 24/7 facilities.
• Lead disaster recovery/business continuity plans (BCP). Required Qualifications
•

Experience:
Minimum 8–10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a Senior HR Manager, AVP, or Director role within a BPO/IT-BPM environment in the Philippines.
•

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's Degree in Industrial Relations / Organizational Psychology or a Juris Doctor (JD) background is a distinct advantage.
• BPO Mastery: Proven experience managing 1,000+ FTE operations across multi-shift, high-volume, 24/7 environments.
• HR Tech & Automation: Hands-on experience executing HRIS implementations, ATS workflow engineering, and payroll system integrations.
• Labor Expertise: Deep mastery of Philippine Labor Law, DOLE audits, administrative case handling, and workplace safety compliance.
• Leadership: Demonstrated history of managing multidisciplinary teams (HR, TA, L&D, ER, Admin, Facilities) simultaneously. Core Skills & Competencies
• BPO Metrics Fluency: Expert understanding of shrinkage, attrition (0–30, 60, 90 days), ramp time, billable hours, and capacity planning.
• HR Systems & Tools: Advanced proficiency in HRIS/ATS platforms and HR analytics tools.
• Labor Law & Due Process: Expert capability in drafting Notice to Explain (NTE), leading administrative hearings, and mitigating legal risk under DOLE guidelines.
• Facilities & Admin Management: Strong oversight of lease negotiations, security protocols, vendor SLAs, asset management, and Business Continuity Planning (BCP).
• Compensation & Benefits Design: Expertise in salary structuring, job leveling, market benchmarking, and fringe/flexible benefits design. Soft & Strategic Leadership Skills
• Strategic Business Partnership: Ability to interface directly with CEOs, COOs, and Client Account Directors to align HR strategy with commercial goals.
• Culture & Change Management: Proven track record as a people and culture champion who drives floor engagement and organizational change seamlessly.
• Executive Communication: High-impact presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Crisis Management & Agility: Strong decision-making capability under pressure in fast-paced, high-volume floor environments.
